These tests were conducted under dongles manufacturers like- Huawei (O2, Orange, T-Mobile & Vodafone), Zhong Xing Telecommunication (T-Mobile), TCT (Virgin media). If we talk about average download speed, then T-Mobile is on the top with around 1.8MB of average speed, but fluctuations were noticed. Virgin Mobile remained consistent with the speed which was just considerable faster than last year, this time it was 1.8MB. Virgin Mobile and Vodafone, without many fluctuations ran on a speed of 1.5MB and 1.2Mb respectively. O2 seems struggling at the speed of 0.8MB, 3and Orange remained weakest by showing the speed of 0.5MB only.

The results of downloading and streaming shows some interesting results. These tests have been conducted by downloading data and streaming videos on Youtube etc.

This time 3"s dongle performed outstanding by downloading 20MB file in just 1 minute and 24 seconds, which is just the half of time duration it took last year. On the other hand T-Mobile downloaded 13MB in 22 seconds. Vodafone remained pretty consistent and shown really good performance. Orange failed to finish even one download, breaking the signal even trying for long 12 minutes.
