How to Put Music on a Psp - 7 Easy Steps

Keep in mind that these steps are just like putting a file from your computer onto a disc or memory stick. The only thing you will need to complete these steps is a USB cable.

Here is exactly how to put music on PSP:

Step 1 - Plug your PSP into one side of the USB cord and the other side into your computer.

Step 2 - Hit the "home" button on your PSP and then scroll to the settings menu. Now look for "USB Connection".

Step 3 - Since your PSP is connected to your computer, your computer should be able to find your PSP as a drive type. Look in your My Computer icon and click on the PSP drive

Step 4 - Create a new folder on your PSP drive and name it something you will remember

Step 5 - While on your computer, select all the music that is in MP3 format and drag it into the folder you just created in the previous step

Step 6 - After all of the MP3 files are transferred press the O button on your PSP

Step 7 - On your PSP, look for the music section and choose your memory stick. Search for the folder you created in Step 4 and there you will find all the music you can now play on your PSP

The only downside to this is that you can only transfer MP3 file types. If you have several other types of music on your computer like WMA and WMV files then you will need to convert them to MP3 file types. I hope you enjoyed this simple guide on how to put music on your PSP.
